Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) can be called Artificial Rubber, Technological Pioneer specializing in Low Durometer Thermoplastic Elastomer Compounds. It's the hi-tech Visco-Elastic Compounds and covering various polymer gels and production processes to become TPR. The components of TPR are 19.65% TPE, 80% PROCESSING OIL and 0.35% PROCESS AIDS. TPR Gel contains Medical oil which can moisturize skin to make skin feel steady and relaxed. TPR can also be used in daily life, e.g. artificial breast, eatable jelly, chewing gum, medical sticker, skincare lotion, gel pad for industry use, insulation for electric products, pressure reduction pad, medical gel bed, etc. The hardness for TPR gel is SHORE A0-95. It’s very soft and high elastic. The material of TPR conforms to the requisition of environmental protection section in USA and Europe. Because TPR can protect our environment, it’s almost used to take place of rubber, silicone, latex, etc. to produce medical products (e.g. surgical glove, blood bag, cat heter, insole, etc.), daily commodities (e.g. baby’s pacifier, biting gel, etc.), elastic ball, high pressure pad, motor component, electric equipment component, hydroscope and its tape, wheel of slide car, wheel of toy car, etc. It can be used generally.
When petroleum is distilled, it will produce gas. When make the gas bleach and fade, it will become light yellow oil in mud form. After processing with sulfuric acid, it will become colorless oil in mud form.
